We deliver nationwide, in remote areas or areas with accessibility problems there may be delays beyond the control of the business.

Shipping cost is 50 NIS per order, and for orders of two or more lighting fixtures, shipping is free.

Delivery time is up to 10 business days, and for remote areas up to 2–3 weeks.

Self-collection is possible from the address Bialik 63, Ramat Gan, by prior arrangement only and after receiving approval from the business. You can cancel a transaction and return a product within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.

Returning a proper product will be at the customer's expense, including shipping and transportation costs, and the business may charge cancellation fees of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS - whichever is lower, in accordance with the law.

In the event of a defective product or damage incurred during shipment, the customer must notify us immediately upon receipt of the product and attach clear photographic documentation; the default is to replace the product, subject to inspection, confirmation of the product's condition and level of wear by the business.

It is clarified that using the product or returning it in a condition other than its original condition may void the right to a refund or exchange. In cases where a refund is approved, the refund will be given at the customer's choice - to the original payment method or as a credit for a future purchase, and will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of consumer law, after the product has been received back and inspected.
