Terms and Conditions

1. General

Welcome to the A-Tod website (hereinafter: "the Site"). The Site is operated by A-Tod (hereinafter: "the Site Management"). The use of the Site, including browsing and/or purchasing products, constitutes express consent to these terms and all other policies published on the Site. Please read this document carefully.

2. Eligibility to Purchase on the Site

Any user who meets the following cumulative conditions is entitled to make purchases on the Site:

  • The user is 18 years of age or older and is legally competent to perform binding legal actions.

  • The user possesses a valid credit card issued in Israel (or an active PayPal account).

  • The user has an active email address and a residential address in Israel.

3. Products and Prices

  • Images: Product images on the site are for illustration purposes only. There may be minor differences in shades or design between the image and the actual product, resulting from, among other things, display differences on various screens.

  • Prices: Prices on the site include VAT (unless explicitly stated otherwise) and do not include shipping fees. The Site Management reserves the right to update prices from time to time without prior notice.

  • Clerical Error: In the event of an unusual and obvious error in the product description or price, the Site Management shall not be bound by it and shall be entitled to cancel the transaction.

  • Stock: The Site Management makes every effort to ensure that the inventory is up to date. In the event that an ordered product is out of stock, the customer will be updated, and an alternative or a full refund will be offered.

4. Orders and Payment

  • Actual billing occurs immediately upon completion of the order and its approval by the credit card company.

  • Upon completion of the purchase, a receipt/invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

  • The Site Management reserves the right to terminate the use of the Site for any customer who provides false details or makes improper use of the Site.

5. Shipping, Cancellations, and Returns Policy

Shipping terms, delivery times, and the policy for transaction cancellations and product returns are detailed extensively on the "Shipping and Returns Policy" page on the Site. It is clarified that this policy constitutes an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. Placing an order on the Site constitutes agreement to the provisions of the Shipping and Returns Policy.

6. Warranty and Service

  • The warranty for the quality of the products applies to the manufacturer/importer according to the terms of the warranty certificate attached to the product (if such exists).

  • The Site Management (and/or anyone on its behalf) shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages caused to the user or a third party as a result of using the product or relying on information on the Site.

  • The exclusive remedy for a customer in the case of a defective product is limited to the repair of the product, its replacement, or a financial refund in the amount of the product's cost, at the discretion of the Site Management and according to the law.

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All intellectual property rights on this Site are the exclusive property of the Site Management (or third parties who have authorized the Site Management to use them). These rights apply to:

  • Images and Photographs: All images appearing on the site, whether taken by the Site Management or purchased from image banks.

  • Textual Content: Product descriptions, articles, guides, marketing content, and blogs.

  • Design and Graphics: The brand name, logo, icons, website design (UI/UX), and computer code.

  • Prohibition of Use: It is strictly forbidden to copy, reproduce, distribute, market, publicly display, translate, or make any commercial or other use of the aforementioned information and images without obtaining express prior written permission from the Site Management. Any violation of this section will expose the infringer to legal claims for copyright infringement.

8. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information is stored in accordance with the details on the "Privacy Policy" page of the Site. Credit card details are not stored in the Site's systems but are processed by external clearing providers under the PCI standard.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction regarding any disputes arising from the use of the Site is granted to the competent courts in Israel.
